O presente estudo objetivou investigar a atividade antimi- crobiana e a resistência de união ao cisalhamento (RU) de braquetes ortodônticos colados em esmalte bovino, utilizando compósitos expe- rimentais com diferentes concentrações de nanopartículasde prata revestidas com dióxido de silício (NPs Ag@SiO 2 ).
